We were told there was a hotel shuttle to take us to the park and ride for the fiesta, however everytime we needed the shuttle it was reserved for pilots going back and forth to the airport so we had to walk everywhere, our room didn't get cleaned for 2 straight days and we were out of the room by 3:30am daily, our room key needed to be reactivated literally EVERY time we needed to enter our room, reserved a room with view of the mountains but got a view of the street, walls were so thin we could hear the nieghbors conversation.
