4. Staff was great - prepared to help us with info on getting to the Balloon Fiesta, best exit to take and times to arrive, etc. Did not offer breakfast early enough to make it to the Dawn Patrol - but having a fridge helped.

8. Staff was extremely friendly, we got a ground floor room facing the courtyard (the east side rooms face busy I-25) and we enjoyed the serene fountain, lush plantings, hummingbirds, comfortable outdoor couches - an oasis.
