3. They have a pool, which seems to always have too much chlorine (turned my husbands black shorts brown) and the temps of the pool and hot tub are hit and miss, the hot tub was so hot that I couldn't put my feet in- but for the most part the temps have been okay.

4. the only complaint i have is the hot tub was cold they did not have the heat on .
