1. One night I was talking to a guy on the upstairs walkway in front of our rooms and watching street people who were hanging out in our parking lot approach drivers for money as they were getting out of their cars.

3. Quiet at night, felt safe, adequate breakfast bar was repenished as needed, Staff is hardworking and quick to respond to requests, parking lot was frequently checked for litter.
