1. The next morning while bathing and shaving I noticed sewage was backing up into the sink, I at first thought that it was from my shower since the tub was next to the sink.

2. The tub/toilet are in a tiny, tiny area; you can't really close the door without some creative maneuvering, and the room has no ventilation so steam and odors invade the room immediately.
