The owners subject their guest to wall vibrating music and bad singers until 1:00 a.m. Requests to lower the music are met with helpless blank stares from the desk staff who have no authority and refer to the managers and owners who are never there and were unresponsive when I asked the desk staff to call them.

10. Rooms are roomy and mostly comfortable, but the breakfast area is an open area leading to all of the rooms and the owner/managers book weddings and dance parties there.
