1. Close to highway 40, places to eat, a Walgreens, Walmart, etc. There is also a big mall about 10 minutes north on Coors Road.

3. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating was that on our side of the hotel - we stayed in Rm 305 - there was alot of highway noise.
