1. I did not have the noise problem others have mentioned though it is right off of the interstate (which was convenient).

2. If you are traveling on Interstate 40 this is a good place to rest.
"Convenient to I-40 " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/20/2011 Vote
3. Made reservation at last minute, got a good rate, however we were on the side of the hotel closest to the Interstate, so it was noisy, kept the a/c and fan on all night.
"Good location, close to I-40. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/21/2011 Vote
4. It is very close to the interstate and there are lots of restaurants, Walmart, grocery stores nearby.
"great place to spend a nite while on the road - lots of places nearby " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/3/2008 Vote
5. It was close to the interstate ramps going all directions.
"Great central location " Read full review on Expedia   7/30/2008 Vote
6. Don't get a room on the North side of the building because you will listen to trucks on the Interstate all night if you do.

7. Our room faced the interstate and we did hear some noise, but it didn't keep us awake.

8. **PROS: -late check in -continental breakfast (unsure of start time, but it was going strong when we got there at 5am & was plentiful and yummy) -coffee, mic, & fridge in room if you like that -dog friendly, should you happen to have them (we did not & only heard other dogs when walking through the hallway) -large room -fairly safe area (busy, so no worries about car break-ins) CONS: -half of the hotel is a stones throw from the Interstate & the other half faces away towards other hotels, our room faced the Interstate & the traffic was very loud, so much so that without earplugs and/ or a fan blowing (use the heater on wall & hit 'fan') we could not sleep; had it not been Balloon Fiesta, we would have just asked for a room on the other side -the room was relatively clean except for some stains on the bed blanket & a bunch of hairs (7) in the bathroom; otherwise carpet, ceiling, shower, furniture, etc. looked pretty good**I would stay here again if coming for Balloon Fiesta because of the great value & possibility to cancel up to 24 hours prior to check-in (B&Bs required 2 weeks notice, which would leave you in a bind if they suddenly predicted terrible weather & the balloons couldn't fly that weekend).
"good value during Balloon Fiesta " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/4/2009 Vote
