2. No remodel, extremely noisy, clogged sink, drug users accross the street, baseboard moulding ripped off, cigarette burns on the carpet and around the sink, mould outside the tub, cracks in the walls, TV at a non-adjustable (!) loud volume -- could not have been any worse.
