4. Just think of not being able to sleep because of the noise and crimes, the kids who LIVE at the property playing in the parking lot, the room that smell like smoke and pine, the unsafe sliding glass window in the bathroom that can be opened outside, allowing strangers to enter your room or the fact that the front desk closes at 10pm because the owners have kids.
