1. I think the price for the hotel is high for what you get, but compaired to nicer places that cost $400 a night in the same area, i think it was pretty fair.

4. The surrounding area (for a few blocks) is not the best in the world and I would not reccommend loitering around outside or being outside late at night.

5. personally i didnt feel worried walking in the area nor did husband or 12 year old daughter nobody bothered us at all But we were usually back by sbout 8 or 9 at night.

10. This Motel is located in a busy area, so if you don't usually sleep as a death body (my husband and I do), bring a pair of earplugs with you.
