They allowed us to submit a temporary address change to the Department of Veterans Affairs in order to receive urgent medical supplies (I am 100% Service Connected - Totally & Permanently Disable American Combat Veteran) They signed for, received and notified us of each and every delivery of mail and packages.

3. I used their method of leaving the plastic card on the bed, to have the sheets changed, which did not work.
