1. Was asked by the only employee at the front desk (when the three of us first arrived) to sit down and wait three times for the shift to change, even though we had a reservation.

2. It is best if you arrive there very organized so as not to puta lot of pressure on the staff and recognize that you are getting a good dealwhile keeping your expectations in conformity with the reality of a less expensive hotel.
