1. But it appeared rather clean and as it was only for one night we weren't too fussed and for San Francisco the rates were reasonably cheap.

3. All in all although the oasis was cheap, for what it was I would say it was overpriced, as hotel rooms are now priced very competively so if you can look around for discounted rates at better hotels.
