3. Really friendly and helpful staff though, think next time I would spend the extra money and go to a better hotel, but for 2 night it was all I needed.

4. When I arrived my room had not been cleaned, staff were lovely and did it straight away, rooms were average, but comfy enough bed and enough space for more than just me.

5. Other than that, we had no problems with the hotel staff (it was minimal), we had plenty of towels and the linens were comfortable and clean.

10. I was supposed to stay for 8 nights and thought it would be an average hotel, however it was a total nightmare, the staffs attitude were horrible they looked like they couldn't be bothered to serve you and the lift was so outdated you gotta open the door to enter.
