3. Was in town to take our daugter to UCSF for dr appt,Betsy at the front desk was very helpful even provided a map and showed us what buses to take,She was a God send,Highly recomend this place for money,but dont expect buckingham palace for the price.

9. True, there is absolutely no 'wow factor' in the look of their premises and its front desk operations seemed pretty archaic but I wasn't there for its natural beauty or to make friends with the front desk clerk.
