3. It's not a place to bring a car, as parking is expensive (there's no need for one in SF), and there isn't even a reasonable spot to load luggage, since the street out front is busy.

4. The Hotel itself looks to have been an important business hotel years ago, since it's directly across the street from the 'old Federal Reserve', and also just a few yards away from the SF Chronicle building.

5. We were quite pleased with our choice in Hotel Milano and will definitely be back the next time we are visiting the theaters on Market Street.

6. Across Market Street is a MUNI booth to get bus passes and a place to board the world-famous trolley cars.

10. The room was lovely, very clean with cable TV, mini bar (if you want to use it) very close to Market Street where you can jump on any bus to Fisherman's Wharf (but you can walk it).
