1. If you are going to San Fran for your first time you might want to stay closer to all the tourist areas at the Wharf or on Market Street but if you are going to be in town for a while and plan on seeing more of San Francisco then this location on Lombard Street has good Muni service that can take you all over San Fran.

2. We ventured out onto the street behin,m chesnut st and were pleasantly surprised to find lots of cue little restaurants and bars there, which were nice and lively.

6. It is just block away from Chestnut street - vibrant with restaurants and cafes.

7. It faces Lombard street so occasionally you would hear a car as well.

8. The street just to the north has an Apple Store, Walgreens and movie theater.

9. This hotel is a pretty basic motel, but has good clean rooms and fridge/microwave in the room etc. Lombard street is very busy all night, so the rooms are pretty loud.

10. right on Lombard Street, at least 4 restaurant choices within 5 min walks from the hotel, Including a wonderful bakery if you are a coffee and donuts person.
