3. The room next to us was a smoking room and the smokers were on the deck smoking constantly, so we had to keep the sliding door closed or suffer severe secondhand smoke.

4. My experience was great --comfortable rooms, loved being on the river, loved their welcome drink and 1/2 off appetizers and nice breakfast(included) enjoyed outside on the deck overlooking the river.
