1. As the doors were locked I went I went down to the Front Desk and asked how we would get to the Rear Fire Exit in an emergency through the locked doors - he did not know so I asked for the Manager and was told she was not available so I left a message for her to contact me.

2. As the Manager had not come back to me about the fire exit problem I selected on of the rooms which lead directly to the rear fire escape.

3. Of course every hotel manager says it's a mistake with the reservation and make a big deal of giving me the rate that I originally booked at (they have to of course).
