2. There are two great playgrounds within 1 mile walking distance; one up the top of the hill across from the Grace Cathedral and one at Yerba Buena Gardens near the Moscone Conference Center (where my husband was attending a conference and we would meet him for lunch).

4. We arrived at lunch time and were shown a room on the 3rd floor (reception is on 3rd floor which is street level) On returning to reception the lady on reception said she had a nicer room for us on the 8th floor but it was not ready yet.
