and no effort to extend courtesy for my wait - but as noted I was too tired to argue with them, Car valet was fast.

at the front desk was a little slow and they helped someone behind me in line before me and I actually spoke up about it which is unlike me.

I found the front desk
service
to be a bit slow (didn't get a cot when first asked, had to recall several hours later, for example) but that could have been a fluke according to who was working.
