1. Many places charge for parking but Redwood's is free, and they guarantee you a space; if you come back from somewhere and there are no spaces they say they will take your keys and double-park you in the lot until a space opens up.

2. Parking is free (very important as other hotels wanted to charge up to 40 dollars per day) and it has a simple but adecuate breackfast included.
