1. Expedia over its 800 number straightened out the mess by securing a room for the same rate and allowing credit for the night that I wasn't able to access anyone.

Reception/Office working days are Monday to Friday (Unbelievable!) - What if somebody has no cellphone?;Turning on the room light by a cord, which felt down when I tried to use it;Room very small (Appx 8*10);Wash basin very close to bed;Bad restroom conditions;Compared to hotel conditions rate was very high; At same rate I could get a specious room with attached bath and better amenities;Nobody was in for the check-out - I've been waiting for someone from 9:30am to 10:45am (in vain) along with anothe customer, who had to do check-out as well.
