1. The neighborhood is quiet, the hotel is opposite the entrance to the Japanese district, and near Fillmore Street, a street that becomes super romantic night with lights in the trees and restaurants for dinner.

3. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go, good neighborhood with lots of local flavor, close to bus line, etc. The cable TV wasn't working and they fixed it quickly and also hooked us up with a late checkout.
