4. We were put in a suite with a pull out (which was very hard) but the bed was VERY nice.

5. On there behalf they did move us to another room higher up on the 5th floor where the bedding was clean and much much nicer as well as having pillow top mattresses.

7. The room was big and beds really good - The only thing I would say is, that the breakfast area was too small.

8. Everything works, the ONE item I would pick out is that the beds could be more comfortable (competition has upped the ante on quality beds, Radisson just needs to catch up - everything else is great).
