4. We arrived early, and the front desk manager asked the room attendants to clean our room as soon as possible so that we could get ourselves settled.

5. First the sink had a strong oder coming from it, the TV screen would black out intermittenly, there wasn't a coffee maker in the room, the pillows were 3 inches thick, the bath towels weren't even big enough to wrap around your body, and this is minor but, counldn't even play a DVD movie they only had VHS.
