1. There is a bus stop right outside the door and plenty of restaurants/bars/shops in the surrounding blocks.

6. There are a lot of bars, all of them pretty crowded all through the night, but honestly, unless you have your windows open, you couldn't really hear a lot of street noise.

7. As we're not light sleepers, and only came back to the hotel quite late (I think the bar closes around 2am), it didn't particularly affect us, but I imagine that it could keep some people awake.

8. This is not the Chelsea's fault, but they need to do something: talk with the owner of the bar, talk to the police, provide earplugs.
