1. When we asked to have the sheets changed the staff brought us the sheets for us to do it ourselves.

2. There was hair in the bed (which tells us they didn't change the sheets), there was hair in the bathroom, and the kitchen table was not clean because it was sticky from whatever someone was drinking.
