1. Toilets were badly stained, shower fawcet falling off wall, dirty brownish water coming out initially of shower, broken picture sitting on floor behind door, many steps to climb with luggage if you are on 3rd floor.

2. The only things I have to complain about are that some of the dishes and silverware were dirty from previous use, but there was dish soap provided in the room so it wasn't a problem washing them to my standards.
