1. A fantastic rate, rooms were extremely clean, heat and AC worked great, fridge and microwave in room, nice front desk attendants, decent continental breakfast included in stay, only a 15 minute drive from downtown Philadelphia.

2. The front desk told us we'd get 20% off our bill at the Bennigan's next door (literally next door to the hotel) but it turned out to only be 10%.

3. Non-smoking room smelled horribly of smoke, beds were horribly uncomfortable, ceiling and walls were water damaged, both nights there were VERY noisy groups of people right outside of my room for hours and complaining to the front desk did NOTHING.
