3. While overall the hotel and room were clean, for the price of the room I expected the bathroom ventilator to work, a bathmat to step on and an iron that didn't spill water on my clothes because the cap on the reservoir was broken off.

7. Despite some sort of mixup with the cleaning crew--we didn't have maid service one day, which wasn't clearly explained but was compensated for--we found this to be clean, comfortable, quiet, easily accessible, and accommodating.
