1. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the improvements made to the room (the same one we always stay in) which included new carpets, new countertop on the vanity, and new paint on the walls.

2. The woman at the front desk sent a maintenance man upstairs who came back down and said the carpets were damp because they had just been cleaned and that the rooms smelled wonderful.

3. In our first room, the carpet was wet, the room stunk, the refrigerator had bugs in it, and the bathroom was really dirty (including lots of mold).
