1. I don't know how this place has such good reviews, but I have stayed at many extremely cheap hotels in the area for 20-40 dollars a night and this is still the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

2. It was close to where I needed to be and that was the only criteria for choosing it as I was not doing Disney or other attractions in the area.
