In addition, the lobby TV had a horror film on when my daughter and I

ed, which felt inappropriate for a hotel lobby with children present.

We booked through expedia and therefore had a confirmation of our reservation, however the hotel had us down on the wrong date, and ordered our town car service from the airport on the wrong date, causing great inconvenience for us upon
arrival
.
