1. Getting out of the hotel is also a cluster when three out of four of the elevators are broken, and broken because the unruly guests were not taken care of by security and hotel staff.

2. The hotel staff are not looking at the things that make a hotel special, like repairing worn out carpet, removing black marks all over the walls, and replacing wall paper and furniture that is broken or torn.
