1. A nice little hotel located close to Miami International Airport, offering decent breakfast and staff knowledgeable about the city.

2. receptionist was polite and helpful, rooms were immaculate, bed was wonderfully comfortable, free breakfast was pretty good (the bagels could have been softer, but otherwise very nice- I'm glad they had bagels instead of sweet rolls- bagels are healthier.

8. Breakfast was promised for 6AM, which was perfect for my 6:30 shuttle to the airport, except that when I stuck my head in the eating area at 6AM there was nothing and no one.

9. While the manager blamed the 'poor help', the 'poor help' explained that they only came on service at 6AM and how could they be expected to have breakfast on the table at the same time as they started their duties (good point).
