4. The beach is a little wider in front of the place than it's neighbors, and has a cool fishing jetty, with a few surfers riding too.

7. The room was excellent with fantastic decor and tech, the concierge was very attentius and has greta tips, the hotel was calmer (two rooms per floor) and the beach in front much nicer -- and near the nice Bal Harbour Shops.
