1. When I arrived on a Sunday evening from a long road trip to get there, there was no one at the front desk (I arrived about 6:00pm).

2. The only two difficulties I had: on Sunday night when we arrived there was no room service, so we had to go 3 blocks away to search for food instead of just crashing into bed.
