1. I was particularly impressed by this hotel when I saw the carpets in the hallways and lobby being steam cleaned, another man cleaning the outsides of the airconditioner vents, and another man scrubbing the edges of the swimming pool tile.

3. The hotel was under rennovation, so it's hardly fair to judge it on the overall condition, because nearly everything was in disarray or re-arranged in some way, including the lobby, etc. Our room had already been rennovated & was VERY nice.

4. Having the computers & printers at the lobby does certainly make printing the boarding pass easy.

5. My only complaint was that they need to have Starbucks give a training session to the people who make their coffee drinks in the lobby.
