1. While this is not supposed to be a 4 star hotel,I do think the ceiling tiles and baseboards in the bathroom could be vastly improved at minimal expense.

2. Ceiling tile missing in the bathroom and maintenance of area around the baseboard in the bath was poor.

3. The beds were really short, there was mold on the grout in the bathroom, they appeared to be old efficiency apartments converted to motel rooms.
