1. I never see a reason to charge a guest for parking in a parking lot instead of including it in the rate if you have enough room for all of your guests.

5. I had conf'd res for a king suite, and instead got a choice of a handicap access rm (no tub) or regular rm w/2 queen beds, and they still wanted to charge me the king suite rate.
