4. Althought the wireless internet service was free of charge, the signal was so weak in my room I could not maintain connectivitiy, they brought me two cables to connect, however, that did not work either (not sure if it was the connection or my computer).

This last time - and it will be the LAST time- I had reserved a studio room, I had called the day of arrival to confirm that they had my reservation correct, was assured that they did, only to arrive at midnight and find that they were completely full and the only room available was a smaller room - which they thought they would charge me the higher rate for.
