1. It is in a not too bad part of town but I arrived late at night with my teenage daughter (college visit) and was a little anxious about parking around back and climbing an exposed stairway to our room.

2. Adds to the unsavory feel of the place, plus, the second night we were there we rolled up right after the police cruiser with lights flashing responding to a fight in the parking lot.
