4. I found this odd, considering we were staying both nights, why would we want to find the maid for towels the next morning, in our pajamas, when she had towels in her cart? But I didn't think much of it until the next morning when we woke up with no clean towels.

9. Hotel has been remodeled, It was clean and the staff was good, but the air conditioner in my room made horrible noises, it would come and go, so I did not report it.
