1. My "yes" is qualified - I think that many would be turned off by its appearance, but if one needs a place to stay briefly at an affordable rate, this place will do the trick.

2. Walked out immediately and turned in keys, saying the room wasn't up to our standards, but management still charged us for one night, even though the info they provided online left us to believe if we paid the higher of two rates for the room, the higher rate was refundable.
