1. I eventually got my ride but the shuttle service was atrocious the whole time wasting hours of my time.

2. I called the hotel 2-3 weeks in advance to see if they would pick me up at the airport which they would not do but did inform me that they would pick me up at the Logan Express station because the shuttle ran every 30 minutes -- not true.
