1. Unfortunately, the kiosk doesn't work and while the attendants in the lobby are helpful, but service is pretty painfully slow and the food/coffee/bar items available are really substandard.

3. the only minor drawback is that the hotel doesn't have a full bar/restaurant, but the b-fast offerings and free continental choices are superb.
