I booked my room online and my check in took less than 5 mintues (now thats customer service); Randy was the night clerk on duty and he was very professional and friendly; The hotel look inside and out is expressive, the room was very charming, also another touch other hotels dont offer (they have soft music playing when you enter your roo).
