1. When he was finally able to get into the apartment, it was dirty, had obviously not been cleaned in some time, and worst of all, was still inhabited by a previous guest.

2. All the good theaters, restaurants, main roads, trasnportation spots are very close and NY Subway is awsome9seriously, it is dirty and old but with so many lines you can get anywhere).
